Our courtyard site is a perfect spot for any Maui adventure.Our updated comfortable ground floor unit has 1 bedroom / 2 full bathrooms spaciously arranged in 818 square foot.

Step out on the large and private shady lanai for morning coffee, a meal, or an evening cocktail, or two. Relax next to the large lush lawn, bordered by tropical trees and plants. Let the kids burn off energy at the pool, four tennis courts, or walk 3.5 minutes to Kamaole Beach III. "Kam III" (as the locals call it) has the best sunsets and sunrises. Load up the beach wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to the white sandy beach and take an early morning swim. Ask the front desk about free group tennis session or discounted private tennis lessons with a USTPA Pro!

Being on the ground floor makes access easy.Before parking in your assigned spot, you may pull the car temporarily just feet from the front door to load/unload groceries or beach gear.On the ground floor, you will be close to the pool, but far from the road traffic noise.Take advantage of the complimentary poolside Mai Tai Party / hula show hosted by the Kamaole Sands Resort each Wednesday (weather permitting) from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Maui mangos in May?  Outside our front door is a huge tree with the sweetest mangos which ripen every May.  While you are not allowed to climb the tree, each morning an assortment of fresh green mangos may be on the ground, ripe for the taking.  With any fruit, inspect it before taking it home for your breakfast smoothie.

The Reservation Desk is open 24/7 for your arrival.Complimentary coffee and local newspaper is available from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the lobby area.

Enjoy the daily island orientation poolside, which provides a chance to win a 2 for 1 island excursion.Continental breakfast is provided for the orientation audience. Our Concierge and Activity Specialist will help you discover and book your island excursions. Weather you fancy a zipline through the rainforest, a snorkel cruise to Molokini on the Calypso yacht, or a helicopter ride over the island, our resort concierge service will help you plan and book your adventures.

Cook inside in the fully stocked kitchen (new stainless steel range with large oven, hood, and quiet dishwasher) or take it outside to the bbq.  Meet other world travelers, remember strangers are just friends you haven't met yet!

You will be less than five minutes from pampering spa treatments at the Four Seasons Resort, The Grand Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani, Wailea Beach Marriott.

If you've scheduled a late night departure flight, book that night in the condo to make your return home more enjoyable.

Our Location:

The Kamaole Sands Resort in South Kihei is know for being more rain-free than the eastern side of Maui.  Our condo is situated on 15-acres of lush tropical gardens, just 30 minutes from Kahului Airport and within 10-20 minutes of golf courses, spas, and endless outdoor activities.

Within walking distance you’ll find great restaurants, boutique shops and groceries in South Kihei. Don’t miss the Te Au Moana Luau in Wailea, just two miles away!  Or, come to the next Kihei's 4th Friday Town Party from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Azeka Shopping Center.  Enjoy free entertainment, food booths and trucks, art, crafts, and plenty of great local shopping.
